These terms govern your use of helmetsandheroes.co.uk and any order you place with us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products and pricing — We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images and prices are accurate. Occasionally an error may occur — if we discover a pricing or listing error after you've ordered, we'll contact you before proceeding and give you the option to confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Pre-orders and deposits — Some items are sold on a pre-order basis and secured with a non-refundable 10% deposit, with the balance collected before dispatch. See our Direct Debit & Deposits page for details.

Your right to cancel — As a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel most orders within 14 days of receiving your goods, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. See our Cancellation & Returns Policy for full details.

Limitation of liability — Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under English law.

Governing law — These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
