Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Some items on this store are available on a deposit-based pre-order basis, secured with a 10% deposit at checkout. This is treated as a deferred purchase: the remaining balance is charged to your original payment method once your item is ready to ship, without requiring you to check out again.

Cancelling before the balance is charged — You can cancel a pre-order at any time before the remaining balance is charged by contacting us. The 10% deposit is non-refundable and is forfeited on cancellation, in line with our Direct Debit & Deposits policy.

Cancelling after the balance is charged — Once the balance has been charged and your order has shipped, our standard Refund Policy applies, including your statutory right to cancel most in-stock orders within 14 days of receipt under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Authorisation to charge — By placing a deposit order, you authorise us to charge your payment method for the remaining balance at the price and estimated timing shown at checkout, once your item is ready to be dispatched, unless you have cancelled beforehand as described above.

Changes to timing — Estimated ship dates for pre-order items depend on the manufacturer's release schedule and may change. We'll keep you updated on any significant delay, but a delay does not itself entitle you to a deposit refund.
