Many of our collectibles are available on pre-order ahead of their official release date. To secure a pre-order, we take a non-refundable deposit of 10% of the order value at checkout, with the remaining balance collected before your item is dispatched to you.

Cancelling a pre-order

If the remaining balance isn't paid, or the order is cancelled before dispatch, the 10% deposit is forfeited. This applies to both full and partial cancellations. If you need to adjust a pre-order, please contact us as early as possible — we'll always try to help, but pre-orders are firm commitments, and this policy ensures fairness across our limited stock.
